Everything flows - new building for public utilities in Neuss completed

The new office building for the public utility company in Neuss, North Rhine-Westphalia, which brings together the areas of infrastructure, civil engineering management and administration at one location, has opend. The architecture reflects the transparent communication of the various parts of the company.

The building shows itself as a two-part cuboid, which is structured by a recessed glazed meander. The gap marks the public areas of the house: the foyer with exhibition areas and helpdesk on the ground floor, the vertical access with the staircases and the conference rooms on the top floor.
